The Analog Grownup Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015  Baked cod with leek, haricots, onion rings, chopped garlic and ginger turned in fish sauce and oyster sauce. Topped with spicy pickled cucumbers and thin peels of carrot. Of course I had to set up my tripod and take a picture before I would eat it . Remind us why you are not a professional chef?! :) I wanted to be a chef years ago, but I'm 90% driven by interest and I was afraid long hours and stressful job would kill that interest.  Now I can focus entirely on what I want to do :)

Mr. Not Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Gonna cook up and season some salmon pretty soon here. I'm no chef, but I've found that it doesn't take much talent to make food decent enough to meet my standards 2
