A convicted drug dealer, who was arrested for his participation in a gang rape, was released on a signature bond.He quickly found the victim and threatened her and her family. He was arrested for that as well.The same judge released him AGAIN on yet another signature bond. She "ordered" him to have no contact with the victim, and recommended that he go stay with his uncle until the trial. The police have absolutely HAD IT. Unfortunately, the judges in my county run for office UNOPPOSED in almost every election. And the charges against him from last year also included delivering heroin and resisting arrest. Bleeding heart judges run for election UNOPPOSED, That and low voter turnout have turned the county into a place where police officers have no chance.
