An overnight triple feature for my wife's birthday

Last night - Kill the irishman KICKED MAJOR ASS!

this morning - Forrest Gump and?

UN EFFINGSTOPPABLE!

My family's been in RR since Grand Dad, so I kinda wondered how anxiety producing and exciting can a train movie be? Anything close to Speed? (yeah I know a bus but) Yeah personally I'd put it there with Speed. And locally filmed no less. We kept looking for store fronts landmarks and what not throughout.

I want to see those two in the not too distant future...

The classic War Of The Worlds. Caught it last night on AMC. Yah, it's pretty cheesy but those sounds and sights kept me awake many a night when I was a kid. unsure.gif

I love this movie! When I was a kid it was the coolest thing I ever watched. Good intelligent 1950's B-movie at its best.

My father saw that movie in the theater when it was new. He said it scared him so bad that he hid behind the seat in front of him and would only peek at it.

Then he went to Vietnam and nothing scares him anymore. sad.gif
