Chaos - Decent if overcomplicated cop caper. Speed 2 - Tedious cruise ship bore, with the dull trio of Sandra Bullock, Jason Patric and Temuera Morrison failing to generate any interest. I dunno why I watched this, I didn't like the first film but this is much, much worse. And where's the speed? A cruise liner, really? This is like the Love Boat version of a bad Steven Seagal movie, but with no Seagal in it. The only saving grace is Willem Dafoe hamming it up as an evil computer geek, but his appearances are far too fleeting to save this tub from sinking... Yeah it's a really good thriller and it takes some shocking turns in the second half with some totally unexpected scenes! Dafoe is great as the psychopathic counterfeiter too.
