Rushman14
Pick just one! and maybe a runner up. No laundry lists... *cough*...goobs... *cough* This was really hard but the first album cover that I remember being obsessed with as a kid was Zeppelin II. Mom bought this for me when I was 7 years old and I would listen to the record and stare at the cover for hours. http://www.the-pit.de/uploads/pics/led_zeppelin_II.jpg

I also found a record player so I used to listen to it all the time and stare at the cover.

I also found a record player so I used to listen to it all the time and stare at the cover. That's the one! It used to frighten the life out of me. And the gorilla holding the bomb on the back cover of Status Quo's Piledriver was another one.

circumstantial tree
http://www.abbaannual.com/1977TheAlbumCD.jpg This was one my first ever albums by a band. I was always curious about the images tied to each member on the cover. I still don't know.

fritz44
My youngest daughter was always fascinated by Hemispheres. She'd find it in the vinyl collection and just pull the album out to stare at. Not a bad choice. Personally, I liked Quo, by Status Quo.
They Bow Defeated
All of the Roger Dean Yes covers, especially Relayer: http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3185/3048427279_8f0f1e265c.jpg I was one of those who would buy an album just for the Roger Dean cover: Greenslade, Uriah Heep, etc.
Steevo
Geeez, I dunno. Something like Kiss Alive or PF The Wall a little later on.

librarian
The Beatles HELP cover I think I watched that movie a few hundred times in grade school. I was infatuated with George and Paul, and I wanted John's hat.

Tommy Sawyer
I still am a kid. But I'll say Tales from Topographic Oceans. Amazing cover... Soni
http://www.stevesbeatles.com/cds/album-covers/sgt_pepper.jpg My dad had baught it for me on cassete! (that's right!) I'd spend hours staring at the cover, and being confused by the fact there are two groups of Beatles (the Pepper ones and the "Love Me do" one the left) A work of art.
