This is nearly impossible for me.

It's like having your 12 children in front of you and being asked to pick your favorite 4.

I just can't do it, at least not now. It's all one family of songs to me.

No order:

The Garden
Clockwork Angels
The Anarchist
The Wreckers

(I intentionally left off previously heard tracks, otherwise Headlong Flight and BU2B are solidly in that mix)

Clockwork Angels (song, but the album too!) just KICKS MY @$!& ASS.

I said previously that I had no idea what I would choose, but after several listens, I'd probably agree with P-D here. BU2B probably would take over The Wreckers had I not had it on my playlist for over 2 years haha.

Honestly, though, the title track is the triumph of this album for me. So it would be like:

Clockwork Angels

________________________

The Anarchist

The Garden

The Wreckers

(BU2B)

So, CA would be above my Top 4 haha. Still, I put BU2B in brackets since I already listed four songs, but whatever. I do what I want tongue.gif

I seem to remember him discussing a new DW kit with a different blend of wood in an interview a month or two back. I'm a fan of Neil's, but I am not a serious drummer, so I didn't pay close enough attention.

But, I know it's still DW with Sabian Paragon cymbals. I am sure you can find the specs on his studio kit if you dig around the internet a bit. wink.gif

Well this is easy. The only 4 I like to listen to regularly. Oh wait nvm there are 5....

Caravan

BU2B

Anarchist

Carnies

Honourable mention: Headlong Flight

Clockwork Angels

Seven Cities of Gold

Caravan

BU2B

Honorable Mention: The Anarchist, Wish Them Well (these two may pass BU2B eventually)

Like/love everything but The Garden (drag) and BU2B2 (pointless).

Which still leaves 57+ minutes of AWESOME 653.gif 1022.gif trink38.gif

I can understand not liking BU2B2, but it's over in 90 seconds and it's NOT pointless - it's a crucial moment in the story.

So far my playlist is being dominated by these four. Love the whole release though more and more with each listen.
