madra sneachta
QUOTE (plodder @ Mar 15 2006, 04:16 PM) Just started to re-read Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series. On the second book now. Man, I'd love to be captured by a Mord Sith. Mmmm - I have similar fantasies Plodder, provided the Agiel is set to a soothing low vibration Actually, I finished Chainfire last week, picked up Debt Of Bones in the local library on Saturday morning, and read it in the car parked outside the house before lunch. Nice background story to how the boundaries went up. Over the past five days I've read Stephen King's 'Cell' and Michael Crichton's 'Andromeda Strain'. I'm currently reading David and Leigh Eddings' 'Regina's Song', a non-fantasy psychological thriller set in Seattle. Very interesting.
Huck
Stephen King / Peter Straub - Black House..the follow up to The Talisman. Meandering first few chapters...typical king setting the scene, but once you get through that the story starts developing very nicely
GhostGirl
http://images.amazon.com/images/P/1400064090.01._SCLZZZZZZZ_.jpg So far, this is a great autobiography. I've been laughing a lot, which I expected. I loved Hawkeye.
Cygnalschick
I actually just picked up The Peaceable Kingdom again, after starting and getting about half-way through it a few years ago, I decided I needed to finish it! Anybody else read this? Of course I only bought it because of Neil's reference, but it's a very good story.
