Scars
Via Rush.com Check it. Not a fan of it I must say. The boys look like their having a good time and all, but it's just not an appealing picture to me. Makes the whole thing look kind of like a joke... rushgoober
I kinda like it - Geddy looks SO goofy on the bottom left, though. And I'm not so crazy about "the band you know, the story you don't." I'd prefer something like "the best band in the world everyone should know." Meh, it's ok I guess...

ReRushed
It's fine. It's nice to see the jovial Rush instead of the cliched serious sci-fi obsessed prog rockers that so many assume Rush to be.

Mara
It's a photo of the guys that's been reprinted a few times, but it does capture who they are. I like it.

StuartBruce
It is clearly aimed at those fans who were around 20 years ago and have forgotten them. Its just a Movie poster. Nice to see them reclaiming the gig photo that Rainbow stole for "Long Live Rock'n'Roll"

micgtr71
Interesting that they should choose a photo from the 70s. Every time I see Neil with that mustache I think he must have been either auditioning for the Marlboro Man or porn.

TheBlonde
I'm not a big fan of it myself. I would have liked to see more recent pictures intermingled with the old ones, at least towards the top. It almost seems like the artist is trying to say that Rush hasn't done anything since the 70's...except pose for this one photoshoot.
snowdog2112
I love it and I am as much of a fanatic of "old Rush" as anyone but for those few of us who were hoping for a more balanced overview of their whole career, I don't think this will be it. Both because of the obvious focus on 1970s Rush and the limited run time I wish this could simply be the first of three or four parts that cover everything. This doc is going to be cool as hell, all I'm saying to those several posters here who are pointing out the focus on the early years is that, yes, that's what at least 90% of this film is going to be about. Sam Dunn is a metal and hard rock fan first (which is fine, I love his heavy metal and Iron Maiden docs) and the film is going to reflect that. Long-haired Rush to the exclusion of all else. I'll be curious how many albums after 1981 are even mentioned much less talked about. I'm just worried that all the guest interviews from other bands and such are going to come off like "Yeah, I used to really like Rush 30 years ago". I hope not. I don't know where you get the impression that the vast focus of this rockumentary will be on Rush waaaaay back in the time machine. I haven't heard any inclinations along those lines... I haven't heard any inclinations along those lines... Seriously? I obviously haven't seen it yet so I can't say I know for a fact but I think it's pretty obvious based on the articles, preview clips, this poster, and the personal interests of the film makers that it's going to be pretty much old Rush or no Rush. I hope I'm wrong but we'll see.
