TheAccountant Posted December 11, 2022 Posted December 11, 2022 Simon & Garfunkel - Simon & Garfunkel's Greatest Hits Growing up this was a favorite for me. Still is. Given my liking of hard rock & metal bet you did not see that coming. 5

TheAccountant Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 Judas Priest - Metal Works 1973 - 1993 Quite the change up from the Simon & Garfunkel, ehh? But its what came out of the box. Crazy to think that Priest put out this album (basically a greatest hits even though they claimed it was not) to celebrate 20 years of heavy metal and now they are celebrating 50 years. Awesome album I bought on vinyl all those years ago though. 3

Awesome album I bought on vinyl all those years ago though. This compilation is what made me a Priest fan. I never cared for their hits the radio played. I always felt like those songs just sounded like something any random metal band at the time could write. My friend kept telling me to get Metal Works so I could hear a wider variety of what the band had to offer. I did and became a fan after that. They're one of those bands who I think are not properly represented by their hit singles. 1
