Yay, because I in all honestly I really like a few songs. There's a LOT of Nay material, but I can't say 'nay' to the band when I love some songs.

prissy pop boys. more style than substance.

But I'll give credit to their Power Station spin off. That rocked and had some balls.

That's how I see them, and it seems a lot of people like at least a couple of their songs, even if they don't like '80s music.

Those are my fave two. Rio has some killer bass work. Even Hungry Like the Wolf is pretty good.

Bit of a silly comment .......they were good musicians and wrote some finely crafted songs

Glad someone here realises it.

If something makes you happy, then you can't let other people bring you down with their negativity, especially not the local press. Duran Duran have many stellar, uplifting tracks. Very talented musicians. They also put on an amazing live show. They were trailblazers who influenced a lot of Canadian bands like Glass Tiger and Platinum Blonde.

Personal Favorites: Come Undone**, Planet Earth, Rio, Hungry Like the Wolf, New Moon on Monday, Save a Prayer

**I once listened to that track on repeat for an entire hour
