I'd also like to throw in Hans Gruber of die hard.

"Alas your mister Takagi did not see it that way so he won't be joining us for the rest of his life!"

I miss alan Rickman.

Mick

Snape. He was Snape. Rickman was just the disguise.

Weird. How rickman existed before Harry Potter was even an idea, lol

Think your worlds are starting to merge there, lol

Snape is older than Harry Potter. That's why he existed before the biographies came out!

Gary Oldman is always a great villain.

I liked him a lot in The Book of Eli.

And in the Fifth Element too.

At this moment I'm fantasizing him saying "Bruce LeeROY" with the cheesy, echoing vocals "You are the laaaaaast dragon..." playing in the background.

THE SHOGUN OF HARLEM!!!

YEEEEESS!!

Bela Lugusi

Sorry Steve-o, but that's Max Schcrek as Count Orlock in Noseferatu,1922-9 years before Bela Lugosi donned the cape.

Hey Goose, have you watched World Of Kanako yet ??

There's about five candidates for this thread

Watched 1/2 of it early this morning. It's interesting, but a more of a challenge to watch than the energy I had.

The film is brilliantly filled with creepy teenagers.

OK...finished it today. The second half really was outstanding. The enfolded rave party cutaways interject a playfulness that simultaneously lightens the mood and illuminates Kanako's truly sociopathic nature. Not a film to be enjoyed, but experienced.

great !!

Goose, about the ending:

Do you feel it dragged on a bit too long ?? .. I;ve watched it twice now, and the first time I was just a little let down with the ending .. But the second time around, it sat better with me .. It's a hard film to wrap up and end - I had no idea how they were going to do it
