A bowl of Shedded Wheat, coffee, and my normal vitamins. A light breakfast today- checking out a new BBQ place for lunch.

Grits with brown sugar.

I love grits! Never made them, though. I might have to give it a try.

Curdled milk (some thick kind of yoghurt. Am not sure about Google Translate on this one) with sprinkles. The sprinkle is made from leftover rye bread mixed with brown sugar and some cinnamon. Bake it in the oven and put it in a blender afterwards.

Healthy and nourishing.

Next time I have leftover rye bread I'll make porridge of it with white bear and whipped cream on top. Yummy!

I was going to fry some shredded hashbrowns with garlic and green onion but as I went to pour just a dash of oil, way too much came out and rendered it a pan of oily potato soup.

I had frozen waffles.

A croissant. A French-Canada grade croissant. Even the grocery stores here sell croissants superior to anything Utah has ever managed for me.

I made a killer omelette the other day with shrimp, swiss cheese and cilantro.
