presto123
QUOTE (Test4VitalSigns @ Aug 18 2012, 06:16 PM) V/H/S A neat twist on the"found footage" horror genre. Within the main narrative of the movie (which is found footage video itself) 5 other found footage video stories are presented (viewed by a character in main narrative) like those horror anthology movies (Twilight Zone: The Movie, Tales From The Darkside, Creepshow, etc...) Most found footage films are crap but I enjoyed this movie. The shorts were weird and creepy as hell. Yeah the shaky filming and numerous technical video glitches that run rampant thru the whole thing can be hard to take for some but it adds a bit of realism to the events and jacks up the creep factor. I like the first story the best of the 5. I watched it and didn't find it quite as good as you did. I've seen MANY found footage movies better than this one as lately I've been on a found footage kick. I found the movie more weird than scary. I'll give it some points for originality though.
