Lost In Xanadu
QUOTE (Pags @ May 6 2011, 11:34 AM) Pistachio for me, by a long shot. There is a brand name called Blue Bunny by us that, in my opinion, makes the greatest tasting ice cream flavors of them all. Their pistachio is out of this world. We have Blue Bunny too - come to Milwaukee and try Kopp's They have Spumoni coming up this month, but I didn't see just Pistachio.
Tarkus406
I was going with Treeduck but then changed it to Mint. Mint is awesome.
RushCanuck
I chose Vanilla because it goes well with the pure Canadian maple syrup I like to add on top. yum!
HowItIs
QUOTE (Ya_Big_Tree @ May 5 2011, 01:35 PM) Pralines and cream is THE BEST flavour!!! I wish there were a good P&C flavor available at the store. Baskin Robbins makes the very best and it's NOT close by.

O for the love of Pete - you've made me hungry..!
librarian
lately - B&J Chocolate Macadamia or Cheesecake something or other. Blue Bunny - vanilla rasberry frozen yogurt with chocolate bits. Brand??? - vanilla, chocolate and butter pecan. (ooo, that's good!) I've had ice cream plenty of times for dinner. I try not to eat it before I go to sleep - the next day I feel like I'm waking up out of a mud puddle, oof! BTW - Gelato Rules. Want to open an ice cream store? Don't - open a gelato shop instead. Ancient Ways
I voted chocolate. Lately I tend to end up at DQ with the kids getting blizzards. My favorite is the pumpkin pie only available in November. The rest of the time snickers does the trick.

HowItIs
We've discovered a really yummy flavor made by Tillamook (a NW dairy products company). It's a variation on Mississippi Mudslide and boy, is it gooooooooooooood!! Matter of fact, I'm going to have a cone right now!

invisibleairwaves
I love Cold Stone's cake batter ice cream. Besides that, there's cookie dough, maple walnut, mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, plain ol' chocolate and vanilla...not sure I really have a favourite. Not a fan of fruit or coffee flavours, but beyond that I'm not picky at all.

Mara
Who has Bruster's in their area? Blows Cold Stone away. Really, though, nothing beats gelato from a family-owned gelateria in Italy. Tre Scalini in Rome - oh yum.

Gotta go with mint and chip.. that stuff ROCKS! 2nd choice would be Vanilla with chocolate syrup and nuts and strawberries... Hot fudge sundaes and banana splits are great too. TASTY-TASTY-TASTY!!!!! ...oh..and it's gotta be Dryer's. Anything else, just doesn't get it done..... End of story!
