Oh look, a chance to try to get money without earning it.

Look I worked with kids who suffered serial abuse and think pedophiles should be executed after a second offense, but this in no way constitutes child serial abuse ffs.

He sees the woke crowd always getting the attention they want, used the fashionable turns of phrase that engage and win the attention of said overlarge woke crowd, and decided, you know what? I am upset because now I see where the money is and DAMMIT I'm actually annoyed I couldn't cash in on this sooner

I say this as someone who has been sexually abused a lot and spent his entire adult life having to deal with the aftermath.

Still.

I don't know if legally he has a case but this sounds like a bunch of bullshit to me. I don't believe anyone ever saw the album cover as child pornography. All I remember when the album came out is people thinking the cover was weird but it definitely got your attention.

This is probably the same reason why Bob Dylan is being sued.

Could've sworn I read on Wiki some years ago that he was chill with it when he got older. Guess he changed his mind.

This Just In: Spencer Elden's attorneys have already tried to contact Mariora Goschen, in hopes of getting her to sue Blind Faith for even more free money.

I suppose they'll be going after those kids from the Houses Of The Holy album cover next?

Yes, he apparently was good with it at some point; he has "Nevermind" tattooed across his chest, according to news sources. :o Sheesh!

He said he was at a baseball game and he realised all the people in the stadium must have seen his little baby penis!

Add the Scorpions to the list of offenders!!!!

(Scorps may be the most legitimate case, actually)

Virgin Killer sold about 57 copies, and few people know about the Scorpions today. No money to be made from this case.

I totally forgot until now! One time as a high school joke, my son and friends photoshopped their heads onto famous album covers. My son stuck his head on that baby's body!

It could have been our family! I want $$$ !

Nude ladies on Electric Ladyland! Topless woman on Mother's Milk! Nicole Eggert on Sugar Ray's first album! Country Life by Roxy Music!

Well I think the goal for these lawyers is to go after cases where children were depicted as nude or nearly nude on album covers, considering children aren't old enough to give consent for that kind of photo to be taken or used. Who knows though, I never really suspected this case would be made, so maybe all the women from the nude bicycle race that appeared on the poster that came with Jazz by Queen will come out of the woodwork to sue Dr. Brian May for writing Tie Your Mother Down or something.
