Of course, you'll never know if I'm lying right now . . . And what if lying is part of what makes a jerk a jerk? Then all of the jerks are lying, which means that this poll is flawed from the start. For the culinarily-impaired...Jamaican Jerk is a particular cornucopia of seasonings and spices which is commonly used on chicken. Might be good with pork, too, but I haven't had it that way. I just didn't want to say 'Jerk chicken' because I thought someone was liable to maybe throw a possessive pronoun in there, or something like that.
