Fordgalaxy
Manchester By The Sea Pretty good movie, but very few smiles or laughs. Quite morose.

Lucas
A strong contender for the worst movie I´ve ever seen: Sadly, I agree .. what the heck happened to Carpenter, Romero and Argento ??
Steve Smith
A strong contender for the worst movie I´ve ever seen: Sadly, I agree .. what the heck happened to Carpenter, Romero and Argento ?? Carpenter was never the same after Karen died from anorexia, I think he just went back to staff writing with Burt and Hal. Romero still plays on the senior PGA tour I believe and Argento is still composing, may be wrong.

JohnnyBlaze
Brilliant ... Vincent Gallo .. incredible film Ok, I checked it out last night. Gallo and Ricci do well. (I read a few minutes ago that they hated working with other. Huston and others had some negative stuff to say about Gallo too.) Anyway, as scenes unto themselves there were some interesting ones to note: the phone booth and the bath first come to mind.Throughout, I wasn't sure where the movie wanted to go but I didn't mind that. Ben Gazzara spotlight singing was a little too David Lynchian for me (only liked Elephant Man from him). It wasn't enough for me to be too negative about it but it was a bit odd. What a weird and uncomfortable yet enjoyable movie. Grade: B
PolarizeMe
Yep, even when I first saw it at the tender age of circa 4-5, I knew a classic film when I saw one...but of course, I think the film got better as I got older even up to now at age 23 and able to understand and know the context of everything. If I were in a trio bowling team, I'd most definitely be Walter cause when I used to bowl "seriously" in league and later in high school varsity, I was like a bowling nazi. Ball hit the gutter and jumped back into the lane? Ball is no longer in play, MARK IT ZERO! But I had the bowling skills of Donny though... IwillchooseFreeWill
The Best Offer starring Geoffrey Rush. Outstanding drama with a surprise ending. Rush is wonderful as usual. He's a national treasure.
