Funny how people are saying it sounds like the early stuff , i said it the first time i heard On The Backs Of Angels. They should have let M.M. write his own parts and not let J.P. make him play just like Portnoy. M.M is a great drummer and they should have let him shine . But in respect to their privacy, I hope everyone can refrain from doing anything irrational. It doesn't surprise me one bit that Portnoy is suing yet again. The guy can't get over the fact that he's the one who left. Hell, as I recall, NO ONE in the band really forced him to leave. He did it on his own. But all this leaving, attempting to return, and then throwing a tantrum over not getting his way does remind me of the entire Roger Waters versus Pink Floyd battles in the 1980s. Somehow Axl was able to keep the name. I thought for sure Slash would have won that battle. I bet you Guns 'N Roses would still be going strong if Slash still had the name. I think that if Mike Port"ANNOY" wins and retains the name he will sink it just like Axl has done.
