What you should do is pretend that you don't know who he is or who Rush is. And talk to him about just random stuff. Then he will be friendly and can talk for hours with you. Blue J Posted October 26, 2016 Share Posted October 26, 2016 Honestly, I think the only way you could manage to do this is if you could just happen to bump into him somewhere, and actually NOT let him know that you're a huge fan, and that he's your idol. I know, that sounds pretty much impossible, and it probably is. But because we know what we know in this day and age how he feels about meeting anyone in the Rush fan base in person...I think the odds are definitely not on your side for it to be a positive experience.
