I love it, always have, and Geddy really sounds like he is having fun vocally, and I enjoy that exuberant chorus more than most. Filler my butt. This is a great song. I agree--fantastic song, very catchy, one of the best on CA. I am enjoying CA more now than I have in about two years. But I never, ever had a problem with this song. I was take it or leave it with Wish Them Well until I saw them do it live. I came off a hundred times better than it did on the album. Sometimes a song just comes to life when you see it live and that's exactly what happened. I can't even explain why it was so much better? Anyone have a .cue sheet on where to divide the tracks on this song so I know where each bit starts? If Bacchus Palteu is the "Cask of 42" bit then I hate that section of the song. It starts ok, get kinda cool during the middle mellow Geddy vocals (Panacea) and ends pretty good but most of the middle bits sink the song for me.
