Hi All,

 

We have had a loss of our server and all of it's data apparently. First and foremost I'm sorry for anyone who depends on us for this happening. Counterparts is run by people who care, but who also have real world lives and who are not infallible. Thank you for being our friends. We are discussing what to do next, whether to rebuild or do something else or nothing at all. Your comments and thoughts mean a lot to us, and I'm sorry, personally if I have let you down. I consider you all part of my extended family. Whether we agreed on things, or vehemently disagreed on things, or barely registered on each others' radar, I still care about you all very much.

 

I'll post here and on the CP Facebook page and twitter when we have come to a decision and post it https://www.facebook.com/CounterpartsMessageBoard

 

Please continue with your thoughts and ideas here and there and we will regroup and figure out something

I must protest. To offer the Klingons safe haven within Federation space is suicide. The Klingons would become the alien trash of the galaxy. And if we dismantle the fleet, we would be defenseless before an aggressive species with a foothold on our territory. The opportunity here is to bring them to their knees. Then we'll be in a far better position to dictate terms.

Didn't read the CP version but the trf thread was a guy bitching about how he was treated by Neil at a party. He was an asshole and it was a lot of fun screwing with him.

Oh. My. God. I forgot about that!!!!!!! :( :( :( I called him Fonzie.. Im not sure if that was here or at CP. I havent posted on CP in ages, but I always liked that site and sorry to hear what happened.

Yes. Aw man. And the fact that he is Dave Weckl's mechanic, I kept asking him if he lubed his balls (bearings). The CP thread was far more in depth and crazy.
