crazygeo
SIGNALS- in my humble opinion is the last "great" album/cd by RUSH... I think most of them afterwards are NOT as great as this RUSH cd What is your last CD that was your favorite RUSH CD? CLOCKWORK ANGELS IS RIGHT BEHIND IT AT THIS POINT...BEST SINCE 80'S OPINION!!!! J2112YYZ
The best album since Couterparts for me. It's too early for me to say it's the best since Signals though. We don't know yet weather the album will hold up over time like that one has.

Todem
Since Hold Your Fire for me their last true masterpiece IMO. Thought the same of Snakes as well. Last two albums Rush has nailed it. Just the 5 year wait is a tad of a bummer.

crazygeo
Clockwork Angels is the BEST CD since SIGNALS...for sure, WOW... Every CD since SIGNALS (except Presto: not a fan of) has only 3-4 great songs to me. Overall not bad CDs...but not great like Signals,MP,Perm,2112 & the rest Some people will agree, others haven't been going to shows since 1978 and know what the old school days of ROCK was like! Clockwork Angels best CD since SIGNALS, hands down!! now time for more &
New World Kid
I liked Snakes and Arrows better... Clockwork Angels just hasn't clicked for me yet. It's good, but it's not great yet.
trenken
I think its the best since Counterparts. I like every album except the debut more than this, up until T4E which was a dull piece of shit, so its better than that, VT and S&A, but thats about it. SlyJeff
Hard to say- still honeymoon for me. I guess at least HYF (But I thought S&A was best since HYF)- could be since MP, but I don't think I'll commit to that for at least a year.
tkdryan
I just think its a great album,, its been spinning in the car all week,, I love the guitar textures,, the drumming and i believe Geddy sounds younger on this album,, Now its nice to see this come out cuz there is not alot of Rock Music out there that is any good right now,, Personally i think its the best work since Counterparts,, i love that album

drbirdsong
Someone put up a poll right after the album came out and asked "best album since ___?" and I picked Signals right away. I thought after a few months I might settle down and revise that opinion, but I haven't. I don't know about "better" than other albums, but it is really the most excited and pleased I've been with A Rush album since 1982.
