Nova Carmina Posted April 26, 2020 Posted April 26, 2020 I liked it, but I'm a sucker for those British gangster flicks of Ritchie's . . . .
goose Posted April 26, 2020 Posted April 26, 2020 The Talented Mr. Ripley I'd never seen it, and thought it was pretty good. 4

JohnnyBlaze Posted May 1, 2020 Posted May 1, 2020 The Talented Mr. Ripley I'd never seen it, and thought it was pretty good.Philip Seymour Hoffman stole each and every scene of every movie he was in. He was one of those rare actors who was always great even when in not-so-great movies. 3

I generally don’t care about Jude Law and Daniel Craig but they’re good villains here. And Paul Newman...perfect. Soundtrack is flawless as well. Grade: A+ 2
Three Eyes Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 For the type of comedy it is, I thought it was really funny. The critics didn't like it though. 41% at Rotten Tomatoes. The audience gave it 79% though. F the critics, in this case. :rush: 1
