goose
Way too young. And it's inspiring how he continued to work during his long battle with colon cancer.
invisible airwave
Most shocking "gone too soon" death I can think of since Heath Ledger and Paul Walker. Screw cancer and this year. He's only 3-4 years older than me. RIP and say hi to 42, Thurgood, Stan Lee and Godfather Of Soul for us. invisible airwave
Turns out today was the day baseball players all wore 42 in honor instead of the usual April because of COVID 19. You can't script this coincidence.

Invisible is correct. I know Jackie Robinson Day is on April 15th, but yes, they moved it to today because of COVID. Crazy. You can't make this stuff up.

invisible airwave
This is John Cazale all over again. He was dying but he went ahead and did Deer Hunter. Meryl Streep threatened to quit the movie if Universal replaced him since she was his girlfriend at the time. Cimino made sure his scenes were filmed first.
Derek19
I'm sorry, to hear, see, and read this. Another good actor, who has passed away. My condolences, to his family, and friends. R.I.P., Chadwick.
1-0-0-1-0-0-1
I just ordered the Blu-ray of "42" -- need to watch it again. Chadwick was great in everything he did.

Rhyta
Man I thought he was excellent in 42 and Get On Up (didn't see Black Panther). Age 43 is waaaaaaay too young. RIP Very sad indeed. I just watched Black Panther for the second time in July. Went to see it at the theater (gee remember those days?) and it was fabulous. I had no idea he was ill, from those photos he looked good. What a nice person to visit those children when he could have sat home and felt sorry for himself. Very brave. 43 is young. :sigh:
JohnRogers
Black Panther was alright, hard to live up to that kind of hype. Boseman on the other hand clearly had charisma. Sad to lose him so young. Tonight. Tomorrow night. This always cracks me up.
