I've eaten there and it is damn good!

We have the Blue Moon Pizza Co. here. They make their own cheeses and it does make a difference.

I'm not sure if their white pizza is my favorite or their BBQ pizza. The BBQ has chicken or pork, homemade BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, and their homemade house special - caramelized cayenne spiced bacon crumbles.

Agreed.

I can't argue with that, though Stuc's Pizza in Appleton WI is about as good, if not just as good. It's pretty close to Chicago style, but with thicker crust. The sauce is unbelievably good.

Love that place....only been there a few times though.

I like thick and thin crust pizza. When it comes to crust, I really don't care. I like either a plain cheese pizza or bacon.

My favorite place is Zuppardi's in West Haven, CT. They're always busy, so I don't go there that much anymore.

What do you guys think of Pepe's? I still havent gotten to eat their pizza. They just opened one in Danbury, but I heard the lines are out the door every evening so I haven't bothered. Worth it? confused13.gif

You could put truffle on damn near anything and I would eat it. I had Macaroni and Cheese with Black Truffle Oil once.

Great, I just drooled on my keyboard.
