What is your most hated movie?

There aren't a lot of movies I really hate, but (and I know plenty of people that LOVED this one) Spirited Away was probably one of the worst things I ever watched. That one was in the "so bad it's funny" category for sure.

Spirited Away is a great movie. I'd even put it in the top 5 animated movies ever. Howl's Moving Castle is the only Miyazaki film not up to par with the rest.

Forest Gump is a great movie! It's all about how a man does the best with what he is given. All around him are people who are smarter than him or in higher posistions of power and they take it for granted. They see him and they get to know him and realize that they are blessed with what they have and he changes their lives. I'm sorry but there isn't enough kleenex at the end when Jenny goes. I always bawl like a baby then.

 

Cast Away on the other hand is a 2 hour commercial for Fed Ex. So terrible!

 

Some other good Tom Hanks movies are Apollo 13, Philidelphia. He has made some bad ones though... The Money Pit, Turner and Hooch, Joe Versus the Volcano (eventhough I will watch it if its on) and The Man with One Red Shoe.

Absolutely.   Forrest Gump is an awesome movie, easily one of my Top Ten favorite movies ever.   As for my "most hated movie" -- I wouldn't know where to begin.   I suppose one starting place would be with the last trilogy of Star Wars Movies (the "prequel" trilogy). Perhaps the problem was that I went into them with too high of an expectation, but whatever the reason, I found them incredibly disappointing. I very nearly walked out of the last movie halfway through in complete disgust, but stayed till the bitter end because I had paid money to see it and thought I may as well see how the damned thing turned out. It didn't get any better.   The best of the Star Wars movies was the original, first one. And the best trilogy was the original, first one. It just got worse and worse from there, culminating in the ULTIMATE DISGRACEFUL FIASCO of the final, godawful trilogy.
