Did you see the logo?  Why is it all of a sudden the Best of Both Worlds Tour when he’s been playing that basic setlist for 5 years or so?

They should do this one from the Montrose days:

Isn't that what he's doing?

He's not calling it a Van Halen tour, just letting people know he'll be playing them.

Songs included in the Setlist, according to the posted article:

Songs Hagar recorded with Van Halen: 5150, When It's Love, Best of Both Worlds, Finish What Ya Started, Poundcake, Humans Being, Right Now, Good Enough, Eagles Fly [not a VH song]

Van Halen songs recorded with Roth: Panama, Running' With the Devil, Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love

Hagar solo songs: Your Love is Driving Me Crazy, Heavy Metal, Little White Lie, One Way to Rock, Mas Tequila,

Hagar songs from his days with Montrose: Rock Candy

Chickenfoot songs: Oh Yeah

What, no Soap On A Rope?

Old flabby dudes doing Summer Nights, I can't keep watching this.

Why can't the old guard like Sammy and the Stones write and perform new songs, about having to get up in the middle of the night and other prostate issues?

Satch ain't even close.

ETA:  Just read this online.

"... in a forthcoming interview with Guitar World, Satriani alludes to the group’s recent Howard Stern appearance, noting: “I royally screwed up, which hurt like a thorn in my side, but I'll get over it.”

Watching Summer Nights......yeah no.

I wil keep my memories of the 5150/OU812/F.U.C.K. tours.

These guys are way too old......and with all due respect to Satch who is a great player.......VH does not suit his playing nor tone. It’s just not good.

IMO, the best guy to be covering for Eddie on a tribute tour would've been Nuno Bettencourt.  But he's likely too busy with Extreme.  Since Satch is already tight (and a former band mate) with Hagar and Anthony, I doubt they even considered anyone else.

Michael Anthony and Wolfgang need to bury the hatchet. LET'S GO!
