On my way home from the doctor this morning, I stopped to see if I could get myself one of those individual hunks of cake they often sell. Unfortunately, the only thing they had that resembled a traditional birthday cake had lemon filling :boo hiss: , so I was forced :sarcastic: to buy myself a hunk of Red Velvet Cake w/ Cream Cheese Icing. Later I will brew myself a pot of decaf and eat the cake. Thank you, dear Toymaker, for your greetings and kind words!! :cheers: Sorry, but the Lemon filling piqued my tastebuds! I need to see If I can find a cake like that....fruit filled cake intrigues me!
