Janie
Ok, since you did NOT specify, I'm listing my five favorite beers. Three of which I cook with and two which I will drink. I'm not a fan of drinking beer. With beer, you drink and drink and drink, get bloated and then pee, and pee and pee and pee and pee. I cook with:http://cdn.beeradvocate.com/im/beers/754.jpg andBoth are great for stews or any dish where beer is a major contributor to flavor. The third I like to cook with is the Chimay Ale which others already mentioned. The two beers I will drink are:http://cdn.beerstore.com.au/sites/beerstore.com.au/files/imagecache/product/prod-img/newcastle-brown-ale-beer-online-1319066560.jpg andhttp://www.beerinfo.com/images/Rogue/RogueChocolateStout.jpg. Rogue Chocolate Stout. It's amazing. Edited May 29, 2015 by Janie
