Air Drumming—Which songs do you like to air drum?

Mostly to live cuts, where the drummer gets a chance to really work the kit.

Any of Neil's solos, obviously.

The old guy in me really gets playing to two solos in particular:

Michael Shrieve-Soul Sacrafice from Woodstock

Carl Palmer-"Drum Solo Con Brio", Karn Evil 9, 1st Impression, from ELP's Welcome Back my Friends...

A part in Stairway to Heaven and another in a song off of Abbey Road (the next to the last song on the album right before they sing "and in the end..."). There are others too. Give me time for them to surface in my weary and old brain. Edited by Lorraine

Tony Thompson..great drummer.. Not talked about a lot .. Under appreciated.. Plant and Page went to him for a possible zep reunion in the mid 80s..

Clem Burke and Clive Burr both deserve a mention on these babies... guaranteed to go bananas on :hail: :hail:

Blondie - Hanging on the Telephone

Blondie - Dreaming

Maiden - Remember Tomorrow

Maiden - The Ides of March

Maiden - Genghis Khan

...can't forget these two legends either:

Zep - The Rover

Zep - Rock and Roll

Zep - Achilles Last Stand

Deep Purple - Knocking at Your Back Door

Deep Purple - Hungry Daze

There's loads more, I haven't even begun yet
