Without a doubt the BEST AC/DC album there is IMO, and even current frontman Brian Johnson thinks so (he admitted so on That Metal Show a few months back). Riff Raff, Sin City, Rock & Roll Damnation. YES! I loved them when I was ten and found other bands shortly after. I hate Brian Johnson era tho. Rod in Toronto Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 I like both eras of the band, but have a soft spot for the 80's AC/DC: Back in Black, For Those About to Rock, Flick of the Switch and Fly on the Wall are their most creative period in my opinion, and "For Those" is as complex as they'll ever get in terms of arrangements and composition. Selected tracks form that era that still have a heavy rotation in my mp3 player: Shake a Leg Back in Black Shoot to Thrill Given the Dog a Bone Night of the Long Knives C.O.D. Inject the Venom I Put the Finger On You Evil Walks Rising Power This House is On Fire Guns for Hire Badlands Fly on the Wall Sink the Pink First Blood And just to try and stick to the original idea of the topic, here are some of my faves from the Bon days: Big Balls Problem Child It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll)" Go Down Kicked in the Teeth Touch Too Much (how did this one NOT become a hit??!?!?!?) Some very interesting guitar work as well. I listen to it more than BinB as well. Highway to Hell, Back in Black and For Those... compares very well to the three-album run of PeWaves, MovPics and Signals. An amazing run of great music.
