And surely I need to read the comics It's pretty good. Ian Holm is particularly good, a creepy performance from him. And that's a good thing! Caine, Assante, and Seymour are all quality. Aye. I remember Assante in this he plays this theatre performer and he does a version of Dr Jeckyl and Mr Hyde. Michael Caine goes watching one of his performances just to check him out as a suspect and Assante's transformation into Hyde scares the pants off Caine so much that he's convinced he has to be the ripper. Man, I don't know if it was just me or anything but honestly I thought that movie was beyond boring and terrible. I shut it off after 15-20 minutes mostly because it couldn't hold my interest. And this is coming from somebody who can watch a long "slow" epic like The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly without any problems! -- I re-watched Spaceballs for the first time in a very long time last night.
