I watched a bit if the new Evil Dead.

Why do people like this junk? If it happened in real life, we would be sick. So why find it entertaining?

AND WHY DID I THINK TO EVEN TRY AND WATCH IT??

Sometimes I just wanna punch Segue Myles in the face...

That was the poster for IV, but it's a very similar design to V.

Yeah, I was a bit meh over this one... not as good as it's predecessors.

Lone Survivor. Watched it last night and was blown away. Cried like a baby at the end. Awesome movie! Highly recommend and an important film to watch.

Never seen Lethal Weapon. Any good? I enjoy Die Hard/Mad Max type action, is it along thise lines?

I've not seen any of the sequels (I think there a 4 Lethal Weapons in all) but I enjoyed the first.

I wouldn't really say it's like Mad Max, except for the presence of Mel Gibson (I love Mad Max, too)...I'd probably say it's got slight traces of Dirty Harry, and a bit of Beverly Hills Cop...but mainly it is it's own thing.

Gibson is great in it, starting off unhinged and suicidal, but then forming a bond with Glover over the course of the film, that gives the movie some heart.

I'll have to look into the sequels.

Leathl 2 has Joe Pesci. Great scene here...

This film is really like a Mexican-style James Bond film, it's kind of like Moonraker on acid,.

On second thoughts I'm not sure it does look that similar....

Is it me or are the faces on the IV poster really poor likenesses???

Fantastic! So many great moments. The scene in the burger place is brilliant.

Hard to believe that the director then went on to make Batman and Robin

That was a pleasant surprise. The 1st one took itself too seriously at times. You could tell from the looks on DeNiro's face in the original that he didn't want to be there except for the money as usual with his latter day roles. Gibson, on the other hand, looked like he was having a blast.

Yeah Mel did a good job.

Seems like all the women looked hotter than they usually do too, I thought Amber Heard was some new actress and Michelle Rodriguez looked so good she seemed shiny and multi-coloured.
