I can almost guarantee some marketer came up with this "worst list" idea to generate web traffic and did a poor job even researching album covers. Half of the covers on that list fall into the decent to great range. It worked though, i'm sure lots of people are visiting that web page and sharing the link. I like the Power Windows cover but then nowadays I probably don't even look at the content, I just look at it like "ah the Power Windows cover" and that's enough for me... Same with Hemispheres... I get tired of trying to find/read a good sports story, or most any story, because I know if I click on one, it's gonna have something stupid as hell in it that was written just to generate web traffic. Same with trying to watch a video story. You might have to watch a 30 second commercial before the damn video. Most of the time, if I see it's a video, I won't even bother with it because I don't want to see the damn advertisement video before the actual video I was trying to watch in the first place. That's the edited version...the original has the full lower bikini shot with peek-a-pubes. As the list points out, some great bands put out some terrible 80's album covers for sure. I liked it before I even really knew the album. Anyways, that list is full of crap. There are quite a few cool album covers on there. And I like the Power Windows cover. I thought for sure it was going to be Hold Your Fire. No list is going to be liked by everyone, but man whoever made that list is terrible at their job.
