Gompers Posted May 1, 2010 Share Posted May 1, 2010 I am currently cleaning a dormitory. Yes, I am way over qualified as I have a degree in Chemistry but where I live, opportunity is not so great. I am keeping my eye on the job market daily for something better. However, I am told repeatedly that State benefits are great. After all, they do have a pension. Not many jobs out there offer this anymore. And I will get free health insurance when I retire. Surely there is a dollar value there. So I keep thinking "bird in hand". Mara Posted June 19, 2010 Share Posted June 19, 2010 Well, in addition to Zoning Coordinator I now have a new job title. I'm Lease Coordinator for one of our major clients (major wireless carrier). Not, it didn't come with any extra $$$. Just lots of extra stress, since it's picky legal stuff.
