MCM
I see U2 on Tuesday, feeling a little indifferent about it, hopefully it will be better than I expect and Bono won't preach too much.

Have you ever seen U2? Whatever you may think of them or their music, they put on one hell of a live show. You'll definitely get your money's worth. Enjoy! Anyway, I had hoped my next concert would be Steven Wilson, but so far, nothing west of Chicago. Fingers crossed.

I've never see them, but I'm sure it will be very good and now that I pulled out the discs we used to listen to in college I'm a little more excited about it than I was. We were big fans back in the day, but I didn't keep up with them and follow them like I do some others. They've been over at Heinz field building the stage since the weekend, you can see it from some of the offices and it's huge. I think Steven Wilson's schedule got kind of messed up when his dad passed away a few months ago, I'm sure he'll make it to CA eventually.

1 of the 7
August is a good month for concerts for me! This Saturday, we're going to see the Fixx at Mt. Airy Casino in the Poconos, PA. Then the State Fair starts! We're planning on these, all free with admission: Friday, August 26th Three Dog Night (boyfriend picked this one) Sunday, August 28th K.C. & The Sunshine Band (I'm trying to talk a co-worker into this 'cause she LOVES them ) Monday, August 29th (3 out of 4 days in a row - now we're getting tired) REO Speedwagon *a little break* Labor Day Monday, September 5th- Starship *whew* This is definitely taking my mind off the Rush drought, though! I want want want to go see Lotus Land in MA Oct. 1st, but it's a tad far. Dunno if I can pull it off, especially if I have to work that morning Edited August 19, 2011 by 1 of the
