They know that fans are aware the album is coming. So, on new years day they could just say "here ya go, it's out". Of course this is all crazy speculation on my part. I can't remember if it was on christmas or new year's day but they gave us a free live show to download and didn't say anything. They just put the link up and said it's free if you want it. Now, I don't expect them to give the new album away for free but this is something they've done before so it's a possibility. EDIT: Album release date announced.
