I wouldn't call it overrated because I never heard anyone hype it in the first place, and it wasn't overly long.Gets insanely high ratings on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB. And when I saw some people write negative reviews about the movie, all of the Quiet Place lovers got angry. Yeahhhh overrated it is for me Who cares what a movie is rated on some websites? I must say that if it wasn't for Jonh Krasinski I probably wouldn't have been interested in seeing the movie. But after seeing him for so many years as Jim Halpert on The Office, I liked seeing him do something that was the complete opposite of that. Didn't see it until a few weeks after it came out. Can't believe I forgot World War Z. What a boring POS this movie was and that South Park episode hit the nail on the head about that awful twist ending. I think it is the case; because looking back at it I see it as just a random heap of plot holes, mediocre acting and an occasionally shitty soundtrack. Seriously having to suffer through Smash Mouth once is like being Slapped in the ass with a wet gym towel, but listening to them again at the end doing a cover from The Monkees, that's like being waterboarded.
