If 2112 was on this list instead of Boston for 1976, would it win versus all other albums?

OK. I'll make a poll: the winner in this poll (probably ZOSO) vs 2112.

 

You should have the poll just as you first said: 2112 instead of Boston. So, 2112 vs 23 other tunes.

 

 

OR you could have it a two part poll question:

 

1) 2112 vs the winner of this poll

 

2) 2112 vs the 23 other tunes

Because I don't know which one I like the best. Voting without knowing would be misrepresenting my opinion.

Actually I doubt anyone here really cares about each others opinions enough to care! :)

 

I care about my opinion enough to care that I don't misrepresent it.

You're not testifying in a murder case!

 

And your satisfaction doesn't ride on me voting, so why continue trying to convince me?

you can always change your mind at a later date. its just an opinion at a point in time. not set in concrete for eternity.

First 4 votes are all different. Nice start. I went with Dark Side.

Dark Side or Zep IV, tough to choose.

 

Yup. That was my other choice. And for a second I almost clicked Zep IV.

Dark Side is more creative and probably more deserving...

I would say that for VH's 1984. It's far from a top-tier record and by far not the best album from 1984.

 

Someone must’ve voted after treeduck started this poll because Iron Maiden ended up tying VH

I would say that for VH's 1984. It's far from a top-tier record and by far not the best album from 1984.

 

Actually, only Powerslave and Defenders of the Faith belong in the same conversation with 1984. And Van Halen only made “top-tier” records.
