Pink Floyd - A Momentary Lapse of Reason

^^^Yep, this^^^!

I’m not seeing that option. Otherwise, I would’ve voted that way

It's not in. I could edit it?

Well, that’s up to you. But it looks like at least it’d get 3 votes from us here. Maybe more?

Ok I'll slip it there then while there's still time to edit it.

That one comes in second for me. Appetite wins easily.

Ok it's in, Alice Cooper got jettisoned.

Cool I just changed my vote but the spindly maggot with the squelch of a voice will still win. It’s too bad because some of Guns’ riffs are decent enough. It’s mainly the vocals

Changed my vote after this was put in - The sweet smell of a great sorrow lies over the land...

Yep. Time pass, the river roll.

Some decent albums from Dio, Marillion and Floyd but The Joshua Tree still resonates the most for me.

Appetite For Destruction. It was such a great sound after some of the other 80's stuff. It was a struggle between that and U2's Joshua Tree, though.

Same for me. Joshua Tree to my ears now is a 'better' listen, but I cannot deny Appetite's value and impact.

This one was the easiest by far. Hysteria, Girls x 3 and 1987 are all great albums.

But they're not as good as Appetite, and none of the others on this list even belongs in the same sentence with it.

I would say that A Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Joshua Tree were excellent albums that should be considered as well.

Outside of these 3, I can probably skip the rest of them.

The guitar intro to this song is bad fukking ass.

Yeah, I should have included Joshua in the list of comparables.

As much as I hate the bloated carcass they became, I have to go with G'n'R here.

Well my favourite album of the year 1987 is Allan Holdsworth's SAND album, Dokken's Back For the Attack is second.
