goose
A Beatles top ten, eh...? Like Segue said, it's impossible for me to make a definitive list, but I'll give ten that would be in the running... goose
Sorry but there are just too many to pick a top 10. Hey Jude would be in there for sure.See just how hard it is. I missed Hey Jude. Maybe I'll do a next ten.
goose
I think my fav is probably Here Comes The Sun. It was in my senior year marching show, it's my favorite song on Abbey Road, which is my favorite Beatles album, and it's just so happy and uplifting. I love a ton of their other tunes as well, but Here Comes The Sun tops the bill for me, but not by much.It has a timeless beauty to it.

Entre_Perpetuo
I con't know bout y'all but... Abbey Road Side 2 /mic drop Doesn't count as a single song though, so I assume that's roughly your entire top ten?

Abbey Road Side 2 /mic drop Doesn't count as a single song though, so I assume that's roughly your entire top ten? Not counting Her Majesty its 10 songs. Technically it was a hidden track. I think its perfect.

Entre_Perpetuo
Norwegian Wood...I appreciate that this song popularized the use of the Sitar in rock, but man I can't stand it. Funnily, sitar in mainstream rock has been roughly limited to The Beatles for the past 50ish years...not sure "popularized" is the correct word there. There's some sitar on the "Out of the Silent Planet" album by King's X, and... That's all I got. Edited August 6, 2016 by Mr. Not

Dont get me wrong. Love the White Album. But by side 3 its like they were just defiantly outtin these duff tracks on. Just because. Its that classic double album syndrome. Savoy Truffle is cute but ifs a bside at best. Revolution 9 is mostly bollocks it should have just been a Plastic Ono band track.
