I have the blinds open in the living room & River & Baxley are napping in the sunbeams.

Got some brief rain for 10 minutes yesterday.  Fall is finally coming to the inland empire.  It’s originally forecasted for the weekend.

It's been in the 80s the past several days! Windy as hell, at the moment, and supposed to rain overnight, for only the second time in 32 days. Been a brutal October, plant-wise. Twenty degrees cooler tomorrow. Maybe Fall will be here in time for November.

I was going to say freezing cold, but.. not like WI or MN cold egad!

OK, so I replaced the broken part on my snow blower today, and it fired right up.

 

I'm DOOMED.  I can feel the blizzard coming....

Sure enough!  The prediction of 3-5 inches of snow was off by 100%.  We're getting 6-10 inches....

Freezing cold. 23 degrees. Not liking this Polar Vortex. Next week, temperatures will be in the 50s, thank goodness. I'm so ready for spring.
