The Analog Grownup Posted July 6, 2014 Share Posted July 6, 2014 A Ceasar Salad without the Ceasar :P Mixed salad, strips of chicken stir fried in olive oil and ramsons and a little salt, mixed together with pasta, croutons, basil pesto, drizzled with olive oil and freshly grated parmesan cheese. Oh I almost forgot. I drizzled the salad leaves with a little sherry vinegar to give it a little "bite".
