Rush!
Went to Best Buy today and bought the following: King Crimson - Red (30th Anniv. Edition, Remastered) [$13.99] The Roots - Game Theory [$12.99] Explosions in the Sky - All of a Sudden, I Miss Everyone [$13.99] Grand total of $40.97. Way too much for only 3 CDs, but it's worth it. All three of the above albums are excellent.

All three of the above albums are excellent. Three absolute works of genius. Explosions In The Sky are very special. Today I bought: Tool - Aenima Tool - Undertow The Killers - Sawdust (superb, their take on Romeo & Juliet is deadly) Manics - Send Away The Tigers (10 euro, I always wait for their albums to hit the bargain bins as every album since The Holy Bible has been a let down) Edited December 6, 2007 by Hatchetaxe&saw

PuppetKing2112
QUOTE (Mandalorian Hunter @ Dec 6 2007, 06:34 AM) U2 - How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb Stone me after i've listened to it. It's really not a bad album, there are several excellent songs on it. But it's definitely past time for U2 to get away from that sound.

It's really not a bad album, there are several excellent songs on it. But it's definitely past time for U2 to get away from that sound. I really liked it. It's not their best, not by a long shot, but like you said, it's got some excellent songs on it. It sounds like a more emotional album than previous efforts. So, I was quite suprised by this one. steelcaressed
For my son for Christmas: Iron Maiden Black Sabbath - Volume 4 ACDC - If you Want Blood (I get them too thanks to the magic of CDR technology!) Additionally, I got a turntable as well. That's like getting about 200 new albums, since I haven't had a working turntable in about 15 years.
