Us3 - Hand On The Torch

Way to go one with that one!

I think that was the very last rap disc I bought and I bought it when it came out. ( so its been many years )

I say the best jazz/rap collaboration of all time. Absolutely brilliant. A must hear for rap fans IMO.

Best rap/jazz mix ever? Better than The Low End Theory?

Well I should say in my limited experience........ I think I've heard that tribe disc though. Can't say for sure.

Do check out the link to the cantaloop song. US3 legally sampled the blue note ( i think ) catalog and mixed in new music and rap.

Another good one in the rap/jazz genre is the brand new heavies- heavy ryhme experience.

Bob Dylan - Bootleg Series Volume 5: Live 1975 - The Rolling Thunder Revue

Glorious album, the best of the Bootleg series.

Of late I've bought:

Amon Duul II - Tanz Der Lemminge

Faust IV

Orange Goblin - Healing Through Fire

The Go! Team - Proof Of Youth

Marillion - Fugazi/Misplaced Childhood/Somewhere Else/Afraid Of Sunlight/Brave/Script For A Jester's Tear/Clutching At Straws/Radiation/Marbles/Marbles Live

More Marillion on the way!! They're so, moreish!
