I ran the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathin last sunday, and although my knees started to feel REALLY sore on the 33rd km, which forced me to slow down and stop a couple of times, i carried on and finished on 4 hours and 22 minutes - my third best time in the six marathons I've done. But what made the day EXTRA special and made this race the most memorable I've ever run was this moment captured in the picture below - I carried my daughter for the last 100m. She loved it, and showed the medal to all her friends in school!

Did you ever have something poking at your brain, wanting to be let out? This had been poking at me for a long while since the picture with you and your husband going to that one Beach Boys concert a while ago....so I finally got to the point I had to let my feelings out!
