If I can remember how to do this, there will be a picture of me outside the Royal Albert Hall before seeing Steven Wilson on Tuesday.

As some of you may know South Carolina has been getting deluged by rain, rain and more rain. Here in Myrtle Beach we have been getting hammered and have some serious flooding. I have lived here 16 years and been through 3 hurricanes and have never seen water where it is now. My wife and I went for a 4 mile walk this afternoon in the rain around and bit outside the neighborhood and took a boatload of pics. Here are some of them and sorry if there are to many.

Also I want to seriously apologize to all the heterosexual ladies and gay males here for the last one... :)http://s14.postimg.org/k77jm3kxt/20151004_133450.jpg

My wife and I standing in the middle of the main street entering our section of the neighborhood. The water is deep...

Me standing in front of the horse farm just outside the bounds of our neighborhood. There is not supposed to be any water under me or around me

The main road just outside our neighborhood. I have never seen water even close to being over it before in 16 years. This is a river running over it. The cars can make it through but barely...

The main entrance to our neighborhood. Not supposed to be a pond there...

Again apologies to all involved. Just try your best to unsee. In the middle of the main street entering our section of the neighborhood. We were almost back home and I was soaked anyway and couldn't resist... :D

In contrast to what Narps is dealing with, we here in California are simply parched. I've been driving around various parts of Northern California these last few weeks and everywhere I have seen stressed and dying trees. That translates to millions of oaks, pines, and more that will die soon if we don't get water. Narps, please send your extra rain our way!

Apologies for being a pedant, but as a zoologist I feel the need to point out this is a type of praying mantis, and not a sea creature.

This, however, is:

You may not know this but "f***ed up looking sea creature" is Latin for "mantes religiosa" or more commonly, "praying mantis".

I made a short video and wanted to see if I could add it to my post showing how bad the road was in front of our neighborhood and the horse farm. Not sure if I can pull it off but here goes... :sigh: :rage: Dang it! I can't do it. Man I suck at this stuff most of the time. I added a couple more pictures from yesterday instead. Sorry... :(
