Yeah...my face never goes down well at metal gigs...i tend to be all hood up and ashamed...its not nice being the pretty boy at a Slipknot gig (ok, it isn't really nice being at a Slipknot gig, but still). Today...had to be smart and boy do I love it! Now I have come back from a jog (which murdered my leg but hey ho) and I am feeling incredible! Working hard on getting back into a good place, I am 24 I need to remember I have a lot still going for me!
