sundog Posted September 9, 2008 Share Posted September 9, 2008 I love you guys. You make me smile on the only day of the year that I really hate. I have always WANTED to like my birthday; but I always have a shiddy day of. Today is no different in terms of how I feel, but the effort everyone is going to in order to improve how I look at my birthday is to be appreciated. All our kids wished me a happy birthday. I received a card from my ex mother in law, and a call from my ex sister in law. I also got a wonderful card from Digi with a years subscription to Cosmo. But we aren't celebrating until Thursday when we can get together with all the kids and no other committments or extracurricular activities. I awoke next to the most wonderful man in the world, and I smiled. He makes me happier than a year of birthdays would make me sad. Thank you Digi. We had a very nice celebration with barbequed steak and cheesecake for a birthday cake with 25 candles. I received wonderful presents too: a fancy office chair, a beautiful clock, some wonderful smell good lotions, and my 7 year old bought his Mommy a beautiful ring~(his own idea) But the most awesomest gift of all is a fancy Bamboo mouse pad that has a cordless mouse and a pen for drawing on the computer! How cool is that????
