NatureLand Organic Amber Ale.

It's an entirely acceptable ale. It's not a standout but I'd choose it over most macro brews. It's evidence in support of the fact that organic does not necessarily mean better. But, they were giving away a free beer glass if you bought a six pack...

The first time I tried AB it seriously kicked me ass as well.. I could barely finish one 22 oz bottle. But now I'm an old pro.

Currently sipping Crown Royal.

On Friday night, I tried a bottle of Dark Island Ale, from Scotland's Orkney Islands. I'd been looking forward to it because Scottish ales are my favorite. Long story short, this stuff is extremely disappointing. If you like a nice dark ale with lots of flavor then you should avoid this one. The only interesting thing about it was that there were some notes of peat in the (limited) taste, like you'd find in a good Scotch. Other than that, meh.

Perhaps some homemade grape fruit wine, aged in oak. It's soo good, and you can't buy it in the stores. It will kick you on your booty if you're not careful too!
